This Blissey is gonna be a tank so it's gonna be my main Pokemon... with Sticky Web, Toxic Spikes, Stun Spore, and Sleep Powder. I use No Guard Ability because Stun Spore and Sleep Powder has a 75% Accuracy..

Rayquaza-Mega @ Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Electrify
- Geomancy
- Hex
- Sludge Wave

I use Gengar-Mega because it's powerful and i use Power Herb so to take the Geomancy moves.. i don't need to absorb power (just for 1 turn).. If the Gengar-Mega HP is low i use Electrify moves which to make the enemy make a move but it's turn to Electric.. and i use Volt Absorb..

Groudon-Primal @ Life Orb
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

This team is really bad.. you get instakilled by a No Guard Deoxys-Speed because you don't have ANY Wonder Guard mons. I'll tell you what you can fix.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Encore
- Metal Burst
- Baton Pass/Parting Shot

Trust me, this set will save you in the future. I changed Chansey to Blissey because it gets Eviolite boost and Imposter is just really good as a whole. It makes you incredibly bulky than the mon you've transformed into. Defog is to get rid of Stealth Rock and entry hazards. Encore to cripple mons that setup, Metal Burst to do both physical and special revenge damage, and Baton Pass/ Parting Shot to pivot. There is zero need for Stun Spore or Sleep Powder since they are outclassed by Nuzzle and Spore/Dark Void.

Though Contrary Rayquaza-Mega is tempting, it is not very good in this meta since there are Hazers and Wonder Guards everywhere. Not to mention Pixilate-Diancie.

Aerodactyl-Mega @ Choice Band
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- Diamond Storm
- Sacred Fire
- Thousand Arrows/Bolt Strike

Aerodactyl is the definition of blinding fast and super powerful. It's usually banded for an extra punch. Dragon Ascent and Diamond Storm for powerful STAB, Sacred Fire for coverage and Thousand Arrows to kill Electric Wonder Guarders. It outspeeds Gengar Mega and is able to revenge kill it.

OR

Latios-Mega (M) @ Safety Goggles / Lum Berry
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Void/Spore
- Stealth Rock
- Substitute
- Baton Pass

This is more of a support Pokemon. Safety Goggles prevents it from being outsped and Spored by Gengar-Mega. I would personally choose Dark Void because it's not restricted by Safety Goggles users, but you can choose Spore if you want the extra accuracy. Stealth Rock bypasses Magic Bounce. Substitute and Baton pass creates synergy between Wonder Guard users.

Finally, another glaring flaw I see is the lack of Wonder Guard Pokemon. Most teams will usually need 2 or more Wonder Guard mons. Wonder Guard is especially powerful, and one of the best, if not the best ability in the meta. The Pokemon only takes damage from super effective attacks or indirect damage (like Toxic). You'll need some good ones.

Deoxys-Speed @ Leftovers
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Magic Coat
- Substitute
- Baton Pass

(Most people will associate Deoxys-Speed with being a No Guard Sheer Cold user so this will be surprising.) Taunt prevents rocks, other status moves, Magic Coat prevents it from being taunted by other Deoxys-Speed or pranksters. Substitute and Baton Pass for Synergy.

And, uh, seriously? Levitate Raikou? Yeah, not going to work, considering it is not as fast as some of the hard hitters in the meta (Mega Mewtwo X) and will die in just 2 hits. And putting Wonder Guard and Air Balloon on an Electric mon seems tempting because NO WEAKNESSES, but it's pretty bad. Most of these Electric-Guard users are frail, and Mold Breaker mons DECIMATE them. That's why...

Audino-Mega @ Leftovers
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Baton Pass
- Haze
- Gastro Acid

Audino-Mega is the best Wonder Guard Pokemon! It's crazy bulky and a great Wish passer due to its high HP. Baton Pass keeps up the synergy between the team, Gastro Acid gets rid of Mega Mewtwo X's Pure Power-boosted Gear Grind.

Why would you go for Impostor Chansey when Impostor Blissey out classes it? Eviolite won't matter since you'd copy the opponent's defensive stats other than HP, and Blissey has a higher HP stat. Also leaves a free item slot.

Are you sure you put the right ability on Deoxys-Speed? Magic Bounce seems to fit that role better, tho I'm not sure if that's the optimal role for it. There are bulkier pokemon around for bouncing off status, hazards, etc.
"Due to its access to Eviolite and Lucky Punch for Imposter sets, Chansey is the superior choice over Blissey outside of a few niches Blissey has." No Blissey is not at all a superior mon to Chansey since imposter copies all stats all evs all boosts except Hp and has still has the eviolite defense boosts, therefore giving the mon it copies more bulk.

No Guard is a viable ability on Deoxys-Speed since most Mold Breaker users come in after setting up or if they want to set up hazards and protect against -ate priority users. It also even has magic coat for protection against status
i would also change groudon's set since it dies to water types really easily and it's slow as well.

i think you should change the item to lum berry and it should have mold breaker as ability.  i think moves should be dark void (bypasses safety goggles), sacred fire (stab and burn), shell smash (you get attack and speed) and thousand arrows (for stab and severely damaging wg electric types, since most of them are very frail) it also pairs very well with  wonder guard deoxys set
Interesting. I remember an experienced user here suggesting Impostor Blissey rather than Chansey so I thought its better. And I didn't know Eviolite would still boost defenses.

The ability on Deoxys-Speed is Wonder Guard mate, not No Guard. That's why I said it doesn't make sense to put it on Deo-S.
* Starting to build with an Imposter is a big no-no. You need to get your offences and defences sorted out before going for a filler slot. It's usually worth starting to build around a FakeSpeed user or a Moldy/Wonder Guard/No Guard. You get more about how to mould your moves and other teammates if you're starting with any of these.
* Using Chansey or Blissey is relative. Both are equally good Imposter users; Blissey has the inherent advantage of a bit higher HP and can fake a Plate, whereas Chansey with Eviolite is good as a whole too. In the end, it's upon the build.
* Aerodactyl-Mega is one of the worst Mold Breakers. If you checked the most recent VR changes, it dropped two letter ranks from A+ to C+. Scarf Rayquaza-Mega, while being mediocre itself, is better than Aerodactyl, and there are so many other options for a Mold. The Aerodactyl era is pretty much over.
* Support Latios-Mega is very bad. Giratina is a far better bulky Dragon-type, and Latios is limited to offensive roles only. If you're going for Moldy Latios, always run offensive Smash or 4A with Soul Dew. Gengar wouldn't Spore you; it'd go straight for the KO with Judgment.
* Wonder Guard Deoxys-Speed, albeit rarer than No Guard, isn't a "surprise". Small fact but doesn't depend much on the so-called surprise factor to make it work.
* WonderLoons are not supposed to check usual Molds; they're supposed to be fast support Pokémon, preferably with Taunt, to shut down opposing Wonder Guards and other passive Pokémon. They're one of the best Wonder Guards out there and are not at all a bad strategy.
* Audino-Mega sadly no longer is the "best" Wonder Guard. It never was, actually, Xerneas and Kyogre-Primal always gave it a run for its money. Specially defensive Audino is not good, you'll want physical defence for Huge Power abusers, even if you have Gear Grind. And Huge Power Pokémon now run Gunk Shot anyways, so it's not like your matchup is bettered with King's.

@xPsydxck Eviolite Imposter Chansey is very good and Magic Bounce Deoxys-Speed is bad. Magic Bounce Pokémon are usually bulky, like Giratina and Registeel, and frail ones don't make for good Bouncers.

Based on the set in the answer the Deoxys seemed to be a bouncer so I said Magic Bounce would fit better for such a role. Bulkier Pokemon are defo better for this role.
i think a better wg user would be xearneas @ iron plate
