All the descriptions here are completely useless. They only give basic info on what the move does that we all already know. The point of descriptions is to explain WHY you picked the pokemon you did. Like, why did you choose Garchomp specifically?

The move sets and items here could also be better. Thundrus and Victini would benefit more from having heavy Duty boots. Gengar should run Shadow Ball over Phantom Force. PForce is a 2 turn move and so a smart opponent will freely switch to something that resists it. Replace the Garchomp with the SD one from the analysis. The team is also very weak to opposing SD Garchomp, Tapu Koko, Urshifu-RS and a million other offensive threats. Do you want to go in a more offensive or defensive direction with this team?
Thanks For telling me! I like offense direction also for your comment I choosed Garchomp because Garchomp is a very Hard hitter sometimes and I make teams around my favourite Pokemon and Tarchomp Is one of my favoruite
Pokemon I go into my thundurus when I see some threats but as you know Tapu koko cant be thunder waved
so I posted on here oh yea also I got swords dance garchomp instead of my original garchomp! and got shadow ball on my Gengar
Alright, I think we could make a decent hyper offense team out of this. SD Chomp is absolutely amazing on hyper offense. We have three main issues on this team:
1. The rain matchup is terrible. Barraskewda can click flip turn and make progress for free.
2. The Dragapult matchup is awful. It can spam SBall and 0hko or 2hko everything on the team.
On a more positive note, I love the choice of Garchomp + Kartana + Thundrus. Thundrus is super slept on in the current meta.I reccomend adding Galarian Moltres over maybe gengar. as a check to Dragapult. It's near mandatory on hyper offense in my opinion. I'd probably drop Scarf on Urshifu, it can really lose momentum for an offensive team like this. Not too sure on the last one though. I'll drop a full rate when I have time. Thanks a lot for at least trying to include descriptions.
Thanks For your advice and sure I would read the full rate and change some things about the teams so thanks for
telling me! also I would make this BA so could you next time do a answer instead?
Sure, will do.

There are 3 main issues with this team:

  1. The Rain matchup is almost unwinnable. Barraskewda can spam Flip Turn and OHKO or 2HKO all members of your team.
  2. The Dragapult matchup is very tough. Specs Dragapult can freely spam Shadow Ball and OHKO or 2HKO all team members.
  3. The Koko matchup is rough. It can spam it STABs and do huge damage every time.

My Changes:

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike -> Mew

Mew @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave

This mew can set up Rocks and Spikes to support your team's sweepers. Taunt stops Defog and deters setup. The fourth slot is rather variable, but I prefer TWave for this team. TWave can ruin Tornadus, Specs Dragapult and Colbur Berry let's you take knock off and ruin Weavile with TWave.

Gengar -> Dragon Dance Dragapult

Dragapult @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Lonely Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Darts
- Phantom Force
- Fire Blast

Dragon Dance and STABs are self explanatory. Fire Blast let's you severely dent Buzzwole and Bulky steel types like Ferrothorn and Corviknight. DD Dragapult helps out greatly against opposing rain teams. It can clean up easily after Barraskewda is paralyzed and Ferrothorn has taken some chip. It is also fairly potent against opposing Screens and Aurora Veil teams, as well as frail offensive teams in general.

Victini -> Shuca Berry Melmetal

Melmetal @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 244 SpD / 12 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch

Shuca Melmetal is a good check to opposing SD Garchomp, which can easily sweep otherwise. Earthquake destroys hits Toxapex and Heatran and can surprise Roost using Corviknight and Zapdos. Ice Punch is for Garchomp and Landorus-Therian. Thunder Punch covers Slowbro and pelipper. 12 speed evs allow to outspeed uninvested Toxapex. Adamant Max Attack helps you to not sink momentum. The rest is in Sp.Def to help take Dragapult Shadow Ball and Tapu Lele's STABs. The spread is fairly customizable, feel free to experiment with it.

Changed sets:

Garchomp @ Yache Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
- Scale Shot

This is the standard SD Garchomp set. Scale Shot boosts speed, EQ is self explanatory and Fire Fang hits Corviknight and Buzzwole. Yache berry allows you to 1v1 Buzzwole and survive Choice Band Weavile Ice Shard.

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot

Taunt allows you to block Defog attempts and keep Mew's hazards. It also blocks Status from Landorus-Therian and stops Defensive pokemon from healing. Thunder Wave makes sure no weather sweeper, scarfer or setup sweeper can counter sweep this team. Tbolt is STAB. Grass Knot chunks ground types like Landorus-Therian and Garchomp. This makes it easier for Kartana to sweep lategame.

Kartana @ Protective Pads
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 19 Atk
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off
- Sacred Sword

Timid Nature and the attacks IVs make it so that you always boost speed after getting a KO. This is great on hyper offense builds such as yours. Max Special defense investment let's you take Hurricane from Tornadus and Zapdos from full, and make it very unlikely for Tapu Koko to 2hko you. Protective Pads stops Static Zapdos and Rocky Helmet chip from cutting your sweep short.
