Pokémon Rate My Team

So I tried to create a sand team but it didn't really work out. So then I took all the members that actually did something and made it a semi-sand team. Here's the Pokepaste.

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Slack Off

My sandstorm setter. Pretty simple. Just set up Stealth Rocks and toxic stuff. Not really much to say here.

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Iron Head

My sandstorm abuser. I use this guy as my hazard remover as well as my sweeper. With Rapid Spin, even if sandstorm runs out, it can still kinda sweep because of the speed boost. Adamant over Jolly to get the extra damage and because his speed is going to be boosted from sand anyway.

Darmanitan @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Rock Slide
- U-turn
- Superpower

I noticed Celesteela/Skarmory wall my first 2 Pokemon, so got Darmanitan. Sheer Force Life Orb Flare Blitz obliterates them both. Rock Slide is so that I'm not screwed against Salamence, Moltres or anything of the sort.
U-turn is to provide momentum and Superpower is just for coverage.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

So far, my team has a big weakness to water. To fix this, Rotom-Wash is on the team. Thunderbolt is to deal with stuff like Primarina, Keldeo and Tentacruel who ruin my day, and Hydro Pump is just there to kill ground types like Excadrill and Hippowdon. Will-o-Wisp is for crippling stuff like Zygarde-10% and Pain Split is for not dying immediately.

Primarina @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Liquid Voice
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Moonblast
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball

Yes, I know 2 water types on the same team can be counter-productive. But it works really well actually. I use this as a revenge killer. Say an opposing Darmanitan has just killed something. I then send Primarina in. They think they can just U-turn out (Provided they're not scarfed). Then I hit them with a stab Hyper Voice to the face. Moonblast is stab as well, with Ice Beam being there to take care of Tangrowth. Shadow ball is just a filler.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Roost
- U-turn

Finally, we have Scizor. This guy can take out multiple Pokemon before he gets taken out. I had this guy on my original sand team as a filler, and it ended up doing incredibly. Swords Dance + Bullet punch hits really hard. U-turn provides momentum as well as being stab. This guy can also take care of Tangrowth quite well. Just be wary of Rocky Helmet.

So that's the team. I think rain teams would really screw me over but UU doesn't really have any good rain setters. Tell me what you think.

Thanks a lot for including good descriptions on your team. UU has a pretty small community, so it might be a while before you get an answer.
Your team is highly weak to Specs Primarina and Specs Keldeo. Primarina can spam its STABs and easily get ko's. Same goes for Keldeo. Rotom is poor answer to these as it is 2hkoed by their Fairy and Fighting type STAB respectively.
I originally used Rotom-W as a filler but then didn't know what to replace it with. Do you know what I should replace it with?
I don't play SS UU often, so I don't feel confident giving advice on the tier. Sorry!
Amoongus and AV Tangrowth are both good prim and keld answers. Chansey is my far the best one, but it might be a bit of a momentum sink.
