Cinderace @ Muscle Band
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk -SpA)
-Pyro Ball
-High Jump Kick
-Iron Head
-U-Turn
Pyro Ball is obviously there due to being strong and reliable STAB, High Jump Kick for strong coverage and counters rock types, Iron Head for Countering against rock types that have another type that makes it not weak to fighting, U-Turn for escaping and getting in a sneaky switch to a pokemon that will be the best counter for the opposing pokemon.

Kommo-o @ Salac Berry
Ability: Bulletproof
Jolly Nature (+Spe -SpA)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
-Substitute
-Belly Drum
-Drain Punch
-Iron Head
My strategy is to make Kommo-o substitute first, dragging it to 75% health, then use belly drum to max his attack as the substitute tanks the hit and bring Kommo-o to max attack but only at 25% health left, this is where the Salac Berry comes in, raising its speed and that will get its speed to over 400 making it outspeed almost everything, with only little health left, Kommo-o can OHKO almost everything in its path with Drain Punch plus healing alot, I decided to give it iron head for its other move instead for STAB dragon claw, because otherwise, Kommo-o will really struggle dealing with fairy types.

Klefki @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Bold Nature (+Def -Atk)
EVs: 252 Def/ 252 HP/ 4 SpD
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Toxic
-Thunder Wave
Klefki would be a great support for the team, with the light clay, reflect and light screen will last for 8 turns, Toxic will be for fun trolling to poison and when it battles a poison type, Klefki will use thunder wave instead, as soon as those barries get in place, I will switch with the next pokemon that can sweep like Kommo-o that i mention earlier.

Zacian @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
Jolly Nature (+Spe -SpA)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
-Behemoth Blade
-Play Rough
-Close Combat/ Sacred Sword
-Swords Dance
What can I say, Zacian is a huge beast that hits like a truck, behemoth blade and play rough are for strong stab, swords dance for fun setting up, close combat for strong coverage, if you're not a fan of defence and special defence drops then use sacred sword instead, it is still a decently powered fighting type move that ignores stat changes which could be good in certain situations.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Jolly Nature (+Spe -SpA)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Ice Fang/Crunch
-Earthquake
Waterfall is obvious, Dragon Dance is an excellent boosting move for fun sweeping, Ice Fang for decent coverage (It's an ice type move so it's super effective to quite a decent chunk of types) or go for crunch instead since it's stronger than ice fang, and finally earthquake, a really strong move and is the perfect counter against the 2 types strong to Gyarados.

Gallade @ Leftovers
Ability: Steadfast
Jolly Nature (+Spe -Atk)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
-Psycho Cut
-Drain Punch
-Shadow Claw
-Swords Dance
Psycho Cut is a must since its the best physical psychic type move Gallade knows, Shadow Claw to counter Ghost types, and it gets the sweep plus healing technique like Kommo-o does, deal alot of damage and heal almost completely to full.

You can only use three Pokemon in the Battle Tower. Which are you using?
I would argue there is no real point in rating Sw/Sh Battle Tower teams if you're not doing a self-imposed ban on Zacian etc. because they can basically solo the whole thing indefinitely.
not necessarily true because it is walled by Leon's charizard
Swords Dance+Wild Charge would possibly kill the Charizard and even if it didn't, you most likely have other good teammates that can pick up the kill

Instead of klefki having thunder wave, give it an attacking move just in case klefiki is the last pokemon and the pokemon is a steel type and also and if your willing to spend 50 BP for an ability capsule magician can steal held items. But your team is still great.

Prankster is used instead of Magician so that the Thunder Wave has priority in a situation like the one you described.
Ok cool, but still if klefki is your last pokemon and it is a steel type, you can't use toxic on the pokemon so you can't damage it and will lose.
That is highly unlikely, I reached great ball tier on singles using this team and I only saw like 2 steel types, but just incase this does happen, I guess I may replace one of the moves for foul play

There are some problems with your team, so I'll list them down here:

Cinderace:
Its three attacking moves are not very effective against Toxapex(very common wall), so it is forced to use U-turn (otherwise the Toxapex uses Toxic on you and wait until you faint), but the Toxapex can use Baneful Bunker which does the same thing, killing you in 4-5 turns.
Kommo-o
1. Kommo-o's base speed is not very high at 85, so it can get whacked very hard by any good sweeper, easily dealing enough damage (you only have 25% of your hp as a buffer) such that your strategy does not work.
2. There are moves that can surpass Substitute, and Pokemon with the Infiltrator ability can also surpass it. This is not very hard to solve, just use the ability Soundproof instead. However, almost every single Pokemon that is used to battle with Infiltrator can outspeed Kommo-o, so hope that your Kommo-o can tank the opponent's hits.
Klefki
What will you do against Toxtricity? It will probably just fire punch you to unconsciousness.
Zacian
no holes at all, but...
Gyarados
1. You don't need the leftovers, you will probably be swept by any half-decent sweeper that has an electric type move!
Gallade (I'm assuming that you mean Jolly as in +Speed,-Sp.Atk)
1. As with Gyarados, your speed is quite low. Any good flying physical attacking pokemon can kill you easily.

All in all, a team with great ideas (like the kommo-o setup) but only decent in total.

This is a Battle Tower team, so a lot of this advice is irrelevant. For example, there is no such thing as a "common wall" because the opposition is randomly picked from a pool, and none of the Toxtricity sets in the pool have Fire Punch (nor do they in any context really).
Even with this aside the advice is strange. For example, SubSalac is a well-known strategy that you can't offhandedly claim doesn't work.
