Hello. Fighting, unlike in Gen 8, is actually a good type to use in Gen 9 Monotype. For the most part, you have viable Pokemon except for Hawlucha. However, I'll be replacing Tauros-Blaze, Gallade, and Hawlucha to add 3 Pokemon that are really important on Fighting teams: Iron Valiant, Great Tusk, and Iron Hands. The other Pokemon will just need changes in their movesets. Now, here is the team rate:
Lucario
Lucario is used as a Swords Dance sweeper that is useful for Fairy teams. Also, you can't Tera in Monotype, so keep that in mind. Here is the set:
Lucario @ Life Orb / Expert Belt
Ability: Justified
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake / Close Combat
Earthquake provides Lucario a move to nail Pokemon such as Skeledirge, Gholdengo, Clodsire, and Toxapex, while Close Combat can be used for a powerful Fighting STAB. Life Orb boosts all of your attacks, while Expert Belt boosts your attacks when they do super effective damage without dealing with the recoil from Life Orb.
Gallade -> Iron Valiant
Since you said that you would keep Quaquavel and make it the Choice Scarf user, I decided to replace Gallade with Choice Specs Iron Valiant. Iron Valiant is the special attacker of Fighting teams that is useful for the Dragon matchup as well as the Fighting mirror matchup. Here is the Choice Specs set Iron Valiant uses:
Iron Valiant @ Choice Specs
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- Thunderbolt
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt is useful against Pokemon such as Dondozo and Corviknight. Psyshock is useful coverage against Poison-types like Iron Moth, Clodsire, Amoonguss, and Toxapex. Shadow Ball is used for Ghost-types like Skeledirge and Gholdengo.
Breloom
The set Breloom uses is a Focus Sash + Swords Dance set. Here is the set:
Breloom @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Seed
- Mach Punch
- Swords Dance
- Spore
Provided Breloom is at full HP, Breloom can put something to sleep with Spore and then use Swords Dance to take advantage of Pokemon being put to sleep.
Quaquaval
Quaquaval is used as a Choice Scarf user on Fighting teams that can potentially snowball through teams due to Moxie. Here is the set:
Quaquaval @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wave Crash
- U-turn
- Close Combat
- Aqua Step / Ice Spinner
U-turn lets Quaquaval escape from Pokemon it cannot beat. Aqua Step provides a Water STAB that boosts Quaquaval's speed to allow it to outspeed faster Choice Scarf users, while Ice Spinner is an option to deal super effective damage to Dragon-types such as Garchomp, Dragapult, and Dragalge.
Hawlucha -> Great Tusk
Hawlucha isn't good on Fighting teams, so I replaced it with Great Tusk. Great Tusk is a really good pick for Fighting teams since it can set up Stealth Rock, clear away hazards from your side of the field, provide utility with Knock Off, and tank physical hits well. Here is the set Great Tusk uses:
Great Tusk @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
Knock Off provides good utility by removing items and is useful against Ghost-types who try to spinblock Great Tusk. Heavy-Duty Boots is used to prevent Great Tusk from being chipped and poisoned by entry hazards when trying to remove them. The given speed EVs allow Great Tusk to outspeed max speed Adamant nature Tyranitar.
Tauros-Paldea-Blaze -> Iron Hands
I decided to replace Tauros-Blaze-Breed with Iron Hands. Iron Hands is a much better Assault Vest user due to its ability to tank special hits from special wallbreakers such as Greninja, Hatterene, Flutter Mane, and Iron Valiant. Here is the set:
Iron Hands @ Assault Vest
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Drain Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Heavy Slam
- Volt Switch
Heavy Slam lets Iron Hands nail the mentioned Fairy-types of Iron Valiant, Flutter Mane, and Hatterene. Volt Switch lets Iron Hands switch out and bring in a teammate.
The revisions of the team can be found here.
Hope this helps! :)
