Explanation:
Sneasler get's sent out first. he first uses close combat to do really good damage, then the white herb activates, activating unburden which allows it to outspeed almost anything. Dire claw is powerful STAB, acrobatics gets boosted because of no item, and night slash is coverage. dark tera for psychic types.
hawlucha also has a similar description to sneasler, but he uses power herb and sky attack. acrobatics is powerful STAB after he loses his power herb, hone claws for extra damage and accuracy, in case if high jump kick misses. High jump kick for good STAB.
Kommo-o is pretty good at mass sweeping. he first sets up swords dance to do massive damage, then use scale shot for STAB and it raises it's speed. iron head and steel tera for fairies, and drain punch for fighting STAB and a little bit of recovery. loaded dice for max scale shot.
I think Urshifu is pretty good in general, so that's why I added him. surging strikes for STAB, close combat is also STAB, stone edge and poison jab are both coverage. protective pads for avoiding rocky helmet and flame body.
I use gallade for trying to deal with poison types, especially toxapex. Sacred sword is STAB and its boosted by sharpness. Rock slide for coverage, Psycho cut is STAB and boosted by sharpness, and shadow claw is Coverage boosted by Sharpness. Assault vest because none of it's moves are support, so I decided to put it on.
finally, pawmot is for water types. double shock is Powerful STAB, nuzzle for paralysis, Revival blessing to hopefully revive someone that hits hard, and encore to maybe try to stop a toxapex.

My main concern is mono Poison and water teams. In that case, I can't really do anything about it. Toxapex is very annoying as it gets baneful bunker, haze, recover and regenerator etc. Otherwise, i'm not too woried.
any suggestions are welcome!

Here are some things I see:
- You don't have any special wallbreakers on your team, potentially giving you a hard time against physical walls. Add a Mixed Iron Valiant
- I recommend replacing Hawlucha and Pawmot; Hawlucha is outclassed by Sneasler as an Unburden sweeper, and Pawmot just isn't good. I recommend replacing it with Great Tusk, as Great Tusk is a nice physical wall that can help with the Poison matchup.
- You can't Tera in Monotype, so you can't Tera the mentioned Pokemon.
I may rate this team if I get the chance to, so here are some things I need to know so I can make changes:

I plan on having Great Tusk, Iron Valiant, and Zamazenta in the team. Is that okay with you?
Sneasler can also use a Choice Scarf set? Do you prefer an Unburden Sneasler set, or is Scarf fine?
Kommo-o can be a Special wallbreaker set like Clangorous Soul so you can have another Special breaker in addition to Iron Valiant.
I'll end up having to drop Hawlucha, Pawmot, and either Kommo-o or Urshifu-Rapid-Strike. Of Kommo-o and Urshifu-Rapid-Strike, which do you prefer to keep?
I do want to keep Sneasler with unburden on the team, and ill be replacing hawlucha, pawmot and urshifu rapid. Thanks!
Zamazenta @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Body Press
- Iron Defense
- Crunch

swags (Great Tusk) @ Eject Pack
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Headlong Rush
- Close Combat
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off

cscab (Iron Valiant) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aura Sphere
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Psychic

how are these sets?
Body Press Zamazenta uses Substitute, Iron Defense, Body Press, Heavy/Slam Crunch with a Jolly Nature. However, I feel like this team is one where Scarf Zamazenta is better. Great Tusk should be a defensive set. Iron Valiant should be a mixed set. I will go in-depth about why when I make the answer to improve the team. (Which will likely be sometime within the next day or two)

Hello. I never mentioned it before, but a huge issue for your team is that it gets 6-0ed by Choice Specs Flutter Mane. The rate will have to ways to deal with Flutter Mane efficiently to prevent this. So, here is the team rate.

Sneasler

Sneasler @ Air Balloon
Ability: Unburden
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Dire Claw
- Close Combat
- Acrobatics

Made Sneasler an Air Balloon set with Swords Dance. Sneasler prefers Air Balloon over White Herb since White Herb Sneasler won't be able to activate Unburden against Ghost teams unless one of them has Knock Off. (which likely will never happen) Air Balloon also gives Sneasler a temporary Ground immunity, which is useful against Choiced item Pokemon locked into a Ground move.

Hawlucha -> Zamazenta

Zamazenta @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Heavy Slam
- Play Rough
- Stone Edge

Made Hawlucha's slot a Choice Scarf Zamazenta set to provide speed control for the team. I chose to give Choice Scarf to Zamazenta so Iron Valiant can use a mixed set. Zamazenta is one of two ways to deal with Flutter Mane. Heavy Slam deals super effective damage to Fairy-types such as Iron Valiant, Hatterene, Iron Valiant, and Enamorus. Play Rough targets Sableye as well as Dragon-types such as Dragapult, Latios, and Latias. Stone Edge is used to OHKO Volcarona and Articuno, and is useful to chip Flying-types such as Zapdos.

Kommo-o

Kommo-o @ Throat Spray
Ability: Bulletproof
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Clangorous Soul
- Clanging Scales
- Vacuum Wave
- Flamethrower

Changed Kommo-o's set to a Clangorous Soul set so you can have another Special wallbreaker. Vacuum Wave is useful to hit Choice Scarf Pokemon such as Weavile and Meowscarada before they use a move to revenge kill Kommo-o. Flamethrower is used to deal super effective damage to Steel-types such as Gholdengo, Kommo-o, Corviknight, Scizor, and Skarmory. Bulletproof potentially makes Amoonguss setup fodder if it put something on your team to sleep. You can use Soundproof to become immune to Sound moves, but they aren't that common in Monotype. If you still want to use the Loaded Dice Scale Shot you've been using, I recommend replacing Iron Head with Thunder Punch so you can hit Corviknight, Skarmory, and Primarina super effectively.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike -> Iron Valiant

Iron Valiant @ Expert Belt
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Moonblast
- Close Combat
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Punch

Made Urshifu-Rapid-Strike's slot a Mixed Iron Valiant. Mixed Iron Valiant is useful for the Water and Flying matchups. Thunderbolt hits most Flying-types super effectively and is useful against Toxapex, a Pokemon you said was a concern. Ice Punch hits the Landorous forms, Gliscor, and Clodsire super effectively.

Gallade

Gallade (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sharpness
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 56 HP / 192 Atk / 164 SpD / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Psycho Cut
- Sacred Sword
- Night Slash
- Shadow Sneak

Made the Assault Vest Gallade set bulkier. The given HP and Special Defense EVs allow Gallade to live a Moonblast from Specs Flutter Mane so it can OHKO it with Psycho Cut. Don't directly switch Gallade into Flutter Mane, and make sure Gallade doesn't take too much chip damage. Gallade doesn't need Rock Slide and Shadow Claw. Night Slash is better than Shadow Claw since it gets boosted by Sharpness. Shadow Sneak allows Gallade to revenge kill weakened Pokemon such as Dragapult, Iron Boulder, Flutter Mane, and Gholdengo. The speed EVs allow Gallade to outspeed Modest Magnezone.

Pawmot -> Great Tusk

Great Tusk @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock

Changed Pawmot to Defensive Great Tusk. Great Tusk prefers a defensive set so it can switch into physical attackers, which Gallade appreciates. In return, Gallade can switch into special attacks. Stealth Rock is nice to chip opposing Pokemon switching in, being useful to break Sturdy and helps vs Focus Sash Pokemon. Heavy-Duty Boots is used to prevent Great Tusk from being chipped by hazards, though you can use Leftovers for some HP recovery. The Speed EVs allow Great Tusk to outspeed Max Speed Adamant Tyranitar, though a Max Max EV spread of 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD Impish Nature works (or 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD Impish Nature if using Leftovers).

Team Pokepaste with the revisions can be found here.

With Gallade and Great Tusk, you should be able to pressure Poison teams. Iron Valiant in addition to those two helps against Toxapex. Iron Valiant is also useful for the Water and Flying matchups. The team also prevents an immediate loss against Specs Flutter Mane, a issue you didn't mention but was a huge one. Hope these changes helps, and good luck with the team! :)
