Hello, I don't know if anyone even answers these anymore but here's my NU team:

Good Tiger (Arcanine) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 248 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Morning Sun
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed

A normal physically defensive Arcanine set. Will-O-Wisp for burning, Morning sun for healing, Flare Blitz for STAB and E-Speed for finishing off low hp opponents. Tera Grass gets rid of its weaknesses but should I use tera Water instead?

Plantqueen (Tsareena) (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 244 HP / 128 Atk / 128 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Rapid Spin
- High Jump Kick
- Trop Kick
- U-turn

Special tank and Rapid Spinner. Trop Kick for STAB and making up for no defense investment. HJK for coverage. U-Turn for pivoting. Tera Steel because "The best defence is a good defense".

Blue - Better (Florges-Blue) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Def
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Giga Drain
- Psychic Noise

Sweepy Florges. I wish there was a Green Florges but whatever. Calm Mind for setup, Moonblast is STAB, Giga Drain and Psychic Noise for coverage. Tera Grass to power up Giga Drain and make my ability do something.

Ca-Caaaaaaw (Staraptor) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Reckless
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Double-Edge
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- U-turn

Standard Birb set. Double-Edge and Brave Bird nuke stuff with STAB and Reckless. CC is coverage for steels. U-Turn because its U-Turn.

Was More Liked (Duraludon) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Light Metal
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder Wave
- Draco Meteor
- Stealth Rock
- Foul Play

Yeah, standard stuff. Thunder Wave for status spreading, DraMet for STAB (please tell me i'm not the only one to call Draco Meteor DraMet), Stealth Rock for hazarding and Foul Play to not be a setup fodder. I'm also indecisive with this tera, is Ghost or Flying better?

2 Chandeliers (Chandelure) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

Not much to say here, it's the set that pretty much everyone uses.

This is it, the team. I'm having great success climbing the ladder with it, but since I made it 2 days ago, I'm still doing improvements.

Overall it looks good.  I'd probably do better Hazard removal than just Tsarenna because 3 of your mons are weak to that.
Tsareena is like the best hazard removal in NU lol... (With Avalugg and Altaria being other options for hazard removal.)
 That being said, I'd go Tauros-Paldea-Aqua over Arcanine, Make the Tsareena spread an offensive one and use Heavy-Duty Boots instead of Assault vest. Galarian Slowbro over Florges, Flygon over Staraptor, and Copperajah (or Registeel) over Duraludon. May rate this team later, so I'll be able to explain the reasonings then.
Also note that the changes will basically lean more into offense rather than balance. Will you be ok with that change?
@-RisingManectric- its fine, but I wanted to mention that I would like Registeel over Copperajah if possible. I just prefer it as a tank better.

Hello. Your NU team seems fine. There are some things that will be changed to the team: some adjusting movesets and some replacing team members. Here's a quick list of the changes, which will be told more in depth:

Changes:
Arcanine: Changed to Tauros-Paldea-Aqua
Tsareena: Changed moveset
Florges: Adjusted moveset (can also be changed to Galarian Slowbro)
Staraptor: Changed to Flygon (set can be adjusted)
Duraludon: Changed to Registeel
Chandelure: Changed moveset


Arcanine -> Tauros-Paldea-Aqua

Changed Arcanine to Tauros-Paldea-Aqua since you have Chandelure as an offensive Fire-type on the team. Defensive Arcanine isn't really that good in NU. Aqua Pauros also has Intimidate just like Arcanine, and it fits well into the offensive core of Chandelure and Flygon. The set I'll provide is the Bulk Up set:

Tauros-Paldea-Aqua @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Steel

Tera Steel lets Aqua Pauros have an immunity to Toxic and resist Psychic and Fairy moves.


Tsareena

Tsareena @ Heavy-Duty Boots

Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Power Whip

- High Jump Kick / Triple Axel
- U-turn

On this team, the Tsareena EV spread should be more offensive. Tsareena uses Heavy-Duty Boots so it doesn't get harmed by entry hazards since it serves as the team's form of hazard removal. Power Whip is used instead of Trop Kick since this set is faster, and Trop Kick is used on physically defensive sets. I like the idea of High Jump Kick since it lets Tsareena deal super effective damage to Copperajah and Registeel, the two of them being Stealth Rock setters. Triple Axel can be used to hit Pokemon such as Vileplume, Flygon, opposing Tsareena, and Dragalge super effectively. The move for the third slot you should use depends on if you use Florges or Galarian Slowbro. If you use Florges, use Triple Axel. If you use Galarian Slowbro, use High Jump Kick. I chose Tera Dragon since it lets Tsareena have a decent defensive typing that lets it still resist Electric and Water moves.


Florges

Florges (Florges-Orange) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Tera Blast
- Synthesis

Made the Calm Mind set Physically Defensive to help it tank physical hits while serving as a wincon. Tera Ground with Tera Blast lets Florges hit Steel-, Fire-, and Poison-types such as Registeel, Copperajah, Chandelure, Arcanine, Qwilfish, Dragalge, Toxtricity, and Galarian Slowbro super effectively. Synthesis lets Florges have instant HP recovery. You can also make Florges a Galarian Slowbro for a better matchup against Vileplume:

Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot

Surf with Tera Water is useful to beat checks such as Chandelure, Specially Defensive Mudsdale, Gligar, and Golurk. 48 Speed EVs allow Galarian Slowbro to outspeed Pokemon such as Copperajah and Mudsdale.


Staraptor -> Flygon

Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- U-turn

Changed Staraptor to Flygon so the team can have an Electric immunity. I have Choice Scarf on Flygon for speed control since I changed the Chandelure set. Outrage is used with Dragon Claw since Flygon may need to revenge kill a Pokemon using a Dragon STAB without having to stay in for 2-3 turns. Tera Ground boosts the power of Earthquake. You can also do Tera Steel to deal with opposing Flygon.


Duraludon -> Registeel

Registeel @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake
- Thunder Wave

Since the Duraludon you had was a Specially Defensive set, I replaced it with Registeel since it has really good special bulk that Duraludon lacks. Earthquake is used over Body Press to prevent Chandelure from coming in for free. Tera Dragon lets Registeel resist Fire moves and provides a nice defensive typing. Tera Water can also work so you can resist Fire moves and not have a weakness to Ice moves.


Chandelure

Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

Changed to Specs since the set you have is what Specs Chandelure uses.

Note: The offensive core of Tauros-Paldea-Aqua, Flygon, and Chandelure can mix and match their sets. Aqua Pauros can use Bulk Up, Band, or Scarf. Flygon can use Scarf, Dragon Dance, or Band.
