Pokémon Rate My Team

I need to find some partners. I've been getting solid results with these four Pokemon, but I'm not comfortable bringing anything else to a game (or I'm just bad). It's based around the Chien-Pao Extreme Speed Dragonite archetype.
Also, I am open to suggestions about changing this core:

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Type: Dragon/Flying
Tera Type: Normal
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 0/252/4/0/0/252 (Adamant)
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Claw
- Stomping Tantrum
- Aerial Ace

Standard Choiced Dragonite set that's surprisingly fun. Max Attack Adamant + Choice Band + Tera Normal + Sword of Ruin boosted Extreme Speed sweeps a surprising amount of Pokemon. Stomping Tantrum provides good coverage into the Normal and Rock types that resist Extreme Speed. Dragon Claw for reliable STAB (I've had too much bad luck in the past to risk Outrage) and Aerial Ace, which is a niche option but really clutch against Minimize Alolan Muk. Inner Focus is very handy against Incineroar, who would otherwise shut down 3/4 of the core, so I've chosen it over Multiscale. Undecided if I should run any bulk, dropping speed EVs would be fine because Extreme Speed has priority, but I don't want to drop attack.

Chien-Pao @Focus Sash
Type: Dark/Ice
Tera Type: Ghost
Ability: Sword of Ruin
EVs: 0/252/0/0/4/252 (Adamant)
- Ice Spinner
- Sacred Sword
- Sucker Punch
- Protect

Again, the standard set, but it's still really good. I like leading with 2 physical attackers and switching one of them into Chien-Pao so my opponent can't guess how I'll start the turn. I might consider running some bulk to allow Sword of Ruin to last longer, but I definitely want to keep Focus Sash. Ice Spinner over Icicle Crash because of accuracy, and also Rocky Helmet use has dropped a bit.

Single Strike Urshifu @ Black Glasses
Type: Fighting/Dark
Tera Type: Poison
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 20/252/0/0/236/0 (Adamant)
- Wicked Blow
- Close Combat
- Sucker Punch
- Protect

Urshifu is my answer to Farigaraf, who would otherwise be a major problem for my priority based team. Again, this is an offensive set with max attack Adamant + Black Glasses boosting Wicked Blow and Sucker Punch. Wicked Blow does absurd amounts of damage, Close Combat is good coverage, and Sucker Punch synergises with the rest of the core, being a strong priority move. At one point I dropped Sucker Punch for Poison Jab, but I get less value out of Black Glasses, and Urshifu is so weak against Flutter Mane anyway that priority moves are a better counter to it. Defensive Tera of Poison because I'm not running Focus Sash. The bulk on Urshifu is useful, and I am considering dropping attack to go 156/108/4/0/236/4.

Flutter Mane @ Choice Specs
Type: Ghost/Fairy
Tera Type: Fairy
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: 76/0/116/116/0/200 (Modest)
- Moonblast
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
- Thunderbolt/Icy Wind/Perish Song/Trick Room/Mystical Fire/Psyshock idk

Turns out that the best Flutter Mane counter is Flutter Mane, so this Choice Specs set is designed to OHKO opposing Flutter Mane with Shadow Ball. I love the immediate pressure this set puts on with Tera Fairy often being able to shred entire teams. I have, again, considered changing EVs to drop attack and go max speed Timid because a lot of the games I have lost were those where my Flutter Mane was slower than an opposing Flutter Mane/Chien-Pao. The bulk is very handy, so I'm not getting rid of it.

That's all I have for now. I need some good partners because I think that these four are fairly good, but again I will welcome a more experienced person's opinion.

@Tenshade, I can see that you typed the team, I suggest you make you team on pokemon showdown so that it is quicker for you and easier for people to rate as you can copy and paste the team from showdown and they way it is written is easy to read

This team need more support. Support wins games and with no support you probably won't get past 1300 elo if you play well every game. But first I want to change some things around with your current core.

Dragonite - aerial ace is not a great move so either you will have to replace it with hurricane and try to live with 70% accuracy or replace it with a move like thunder punch, fire punch or rock slide for more coverage.

Urshifu - There is no point in investing in special defence as you will not need it for urshifu, instead put all those EVs into speed and if you do want some bulk, invest 4EVs into SpDef and Def

Flutter Mane - make your forth move mystical fire or thunderbolt for more coverage, on my reg f team i like to use mystical fire as it seems to be more useful but it is your choice

Now we will go onto support your team needs. I will give you some movesets for arguably the best supporters. You can change the EVs as you wish as they are just something I quickly cooked up

Incineroar @ Sitrus Berry / Safety Goggles
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 64
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 236 HP / 4 Atk / 100 Def / 132 SpD / 36 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Flare Blitz
- Knock Off
- Parting Shot

Sitrus Berry provides healing or you could use safety goggles for immunity to ammongus. Tera grass is a great defensive typing for incin, parting shot to lower the attacks of opposing pokemon, knock to get rid of items, flare blitz is stab and fake out for a free turn

Amoonguss @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 236 HP / 184 Def / 4 SpA / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rage Powder
- Spore
- Pollen Puff
- Protect

EVs in def as this beast benefits from being alive for a long time so it can help your team mates and annoy opposing pokemon. Rage powder + rocky helmet and these defences is brutal. Pollen puff for healing your teammates

Not one of the best supporters but many weather teams use landorus as a tailwind setter as it learns both sunny day and rain dance. As you do not use weather, I chose whimsicott for you:

Whimsicott @ Covert Cloak
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 244 HP / 48 Def / 4 SpA / 76 SpD / 136 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tailwind
- Helping Hand
- Dazzling Gleam
- Taunt

Covert cloak for immunity to fake outs, tailwind to double speed, helping hand to boost damage of your teammates, dazzling gleam for STAB and spread damage, taunt to cripple opposing ammungus, trick room setters and tailwing setters

Your Whimsicott can be out sped by Tornadus, leading to your Whimsicott getting Taunted.
I don't play VGC so I don't know, but is there a reason for Incineroar to be level 64?
Also, the guy who asked this said that he struggles against Alolean Muk without aerial ace
@Ferarri, I said earlier in the answer that the EVs are something that I quickly made and OP can change them as they wish
@Mr. Fish, no reason what so ever, I don't know how that got there
Oh ok I was quickly scrolling
thanks for replying (I stopped using this team ages ago but it feels nice to get some advice)
I think I ended up turning this into a hyper offence team with life orb landorus I and follow me ogerpon wellspring
I agree that your supporting options are probably better, but I ended up having lots of fun playing this as hyper offence, even though there's no way I would have bought this to a tournament (I don't go to tournaments anyway)
Landorus I was just nice because it was a) another special attacker and b) I clicked stomping tantrum so many times on dragonite that it was probably just worth having another ground attacker.
thanks for helping me out.
