Roost to stay in longer, Hurricane for STAB especially since it dosent miss in rain, Hydro Pump for STAB, and protect... well its pretty self explanatory. I was tempted to change Protect for Tera blast for ground STAB to elec type weakness but idk just leaned more towards protect. lmk if that was a good choice or not. My primary rain setter. Damp rock for longer rain.

Thunder and Hurricane for STAB and never misses in rain obvi, Volt switch for pivot, and tail wind to go first. I was thinking to make Zapdos a rain setter as well but I thought going first was more of a priority. Tera elec to make Thunder hit as hard as it can and get a hard volt switch.
Blastoise @ Mystic Water

Blastoise because I just love Blastoise and it can do a decent job with this team. Aqua Jet for priority, rapid spin to get rid of rocks and speed boost, Blizzard and Surf for STAB. Tera Water and Mystical Water to make Surf hit hard.
Garchomp @ Loaded Dice

I chose Garchomp so It can wall elec type weaknesses. Eq for STAB on elec types, Swords Dance to get all attacks to hit harder, Stealth Rock for chip, Scale Shot and Loaded Dice because if it hit all 5 times its about 125 damage soooo...

Politoed is a rain setter. Earth power for STAB against elec weakness, Hydro Pump for STAB, Encore to make em stuck in a bulk or js anything that's in my favor, and Ice Beam for STAB, Drizzle and Damp Rock for long rain. I wasn't really sure about another rain setter so if there's a better Mon to set up rain lmk.

Urshifu-Rapid js cuz.. duhhhhhhhh. Aqua jet for priority, Close Combat for STAB, Surging Strikes an Tera water for STAB, U-turn for pivot, and Choiced to go first.
