I started playing on showdown a couple of weeks ago (my only previous pokemon experience being the GB/DS games, i have been tinkering with my team a lot through trial an error but can't seem to get much further than the 1200/1300 elo mark,
this is my team at the moment:

I have sometimes been using Dragapult instead of Skeledirge, not sure which is better, Dragapult is more versatile but Skeleridges unaware ability comes in handy sometimes countering stat boosters when toxapex is out of the game

Timid Nature

Do you have any comments around the teambuilding process, why each mon was included etc? The rules ask for this.
