Made a vgc reg I team, but I’m willing to bet it could be pushed a lot farther. Anyways here’s the team:

Terapagos (M) @ Silk Scarf
Ability: Tera Shift
Level: 50
Tera Type: Stellar
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 15 Atk
- Tera Starstorm
- Sleep Talk

Used to use specs for terapagos, but currently running silk scarf so sleep talk actually works. The only move you need on turtle boy is Tera starstorm, sleep talk to deal with amoongus and other spore setters. Tera Starstorm is good on literally any team who uses Tera.

Calyrex-Ice @ Weakness Policy
Ability: As One (Glastrier)
Level: 50
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 16 Spe
- Trick Room
- Swords Dance
- Glacial Lance
- High Horsepower

Same idea here, slow sweeper who does well in TR, but just fast enough to be good on his own(?). Main damage dealer.

EVs: 244 HP / 12 SpA / 252 SpD

Bulkiest mon on the team by far, eviolite is busted on this mon. Stats are better than PorygonZ in my opinion, main TR setter. Usually paired w/ indeedee f.

Ursaluna-Bloodmoon @ Life Orb
Ability: Mind's Eye
Level: 50
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Blood Moon
- Hyper Voice
- Protect
- Moonlight

Another damage dealer, but this one feels like the weakest link. never really use this mon, but is still a good damage dealer. Used to run amoongus, and sinistcha before that but they just weren’t good for the way this team played in my opinion.

Grimmsnarl @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Thunder Wave
- Taunt

Literally only here to deal with Calyrex-Shadow. Terapagos is a good counter to Astral Barrage but I was having a hard time w it so that’s why this guys here.

EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick Room
- Imprison
- Psyshock
- Protect
Gets rid of priority, helps set tr, prevents other tr teams. Sadly, mental herb doesn’t work on imprison. My other main TR setter.

OK don't have much time rn i'll try to add to this comment, but on the top of my head...
first, replace tri attack on Porygon2 with tera blast, as tri attack does have a chance to give paralysis. plus it get's fairy STAB when it teras, so that's nice

second, DEFINITELY get follow me on indeedee, and send it with calyrex. this way, calyrex can set up trick room without worrying about damage

idk too much about grimmsnarl on your team, it's sorta random, but give it a damage move cuz without any, it would be pretty vulnerable.
