I only have 4 Pokémon that I know will be on the team. Kyogre for the rain and being a big damage dealer, Tornadus to set Tailwind and give grass types trouble, Magerna to set up TR while also being a threat, and Rockpon to make sure the speed control gets up.

I usually start with Mag and Rockpon, and since Pon has Sturdy, it's always gonna take 2 hits, ensuring that TR will go up safely (+ when it dies Mag gets the damage boost). From there, I switch in Kyogre and just spam Water Spout and D-Gleam until the team loses. If the team has faster threats in the back, like Shadow Rider, or Kor/Miraidon, I'll bring in Torn on the turn TR goes down and use Tailwind so I still move first.

The weakest part of the team seems to be Torn, just because I don't bring him in as much, but I still get value out of him. The real problem is that I haven't been able to find the last 2 pokemon.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike (M) @ Mystic Water

Landorus @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Level: 50
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Def / 132 SpA / 36 SpD / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sandsear Storm
- Sludge Bomb
- Earth Power
- Protect

Slither Wing @ Choice Band
Ability: Protosynthesis
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 220 HP / 204 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- First Impression
- Close Combat
- Leech Life
- U-turn

These are the 4 that I believe have the most potential, but I'm still not completely sold. I feel like Urshifu is the best of these options, but that makes me very weak to electric. Bolt helps with the Kyogre mirror, but struggles against Ice-Rider, which is the biggest threat to the team. Landorus takes advantage of the rain with Sandsear Storm, but has the same problem as Bolt with Ice-Rider. Slither Wing is kinda a suprise pick, but it does crazy damage to Key pokemon like Kor/Miraidon, both Riders, and Kyogre and Groudon.

204+ Atk Choice Band Protosynthesis Slither Wing Close Combat vs. 28 HP / 4 Def Koraidon: 193-228 (107.8 - 127.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

204+ Atk Choice Band Tera Bug Slither Wing First Impression vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Miraidon: 170-200 (96.5 - 113.6%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO

204+ Atk Choice Band Tera Bug Slither Wing First Impression vs. 108 HP / 44 Def Calyrex-Shadow: 192-226 (101.5 - 119.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

204+ Atk Choice Band Tera Bug Slither Wing First Impression vs. 52 HP / 4 Def Kyogre: 182-216 (100 - 118.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

My main questions are:
1. Should I run a different set on Torn to make him more effective, like Scary Face or something?
2. Which 2 of the 4 candidates should be on the team, or do you have a different suggestion?

If you decide to use Raging Bolt in the last two, don't use Draco Meteor. And if you pick slither wing, first impression is very bad to be locked onto, given it only works on the first turn it's in battle
