I have defeated the 4th gym and am about to invade the Team Rocket hideout in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu. So far my team is:

Lv. 35 PJ the Charmander with a Mild Nature.
Lv. 37 Mr. Cane (What it would have been named if it hadn't been traded) the Alolan Sandslash with a Lax Nature.
Lv. 36 Dino the Venusaur with a Serious Nature.
Lv. 36 Olivia the Vileplume with an Amdamant Nature.
