Dragonite
Ability: Multiscale
Item: Loaded Dice
Tera: Steel
EVs: Hp: 4, Atk: 252, Sp Atk: 0-, Spd: 252+
Moves:
Scale Shot
Earthquake
Extreme Speed
Dragon Dance
Dragonite is a very scary sweeper, with it's Moves being very difficult to resist without using your Tera. Loaded Dice-Scale Shot is very strong STAB, Extreme Speed is great priority with solid power and able to go before basically any other damaging attack, Earthquake for Rock and Steel types, and Dragon Dance for set up.

Arcanine-Hisui
Ability: Rock Head
Item: Choice Scarf
Tera: Grass
EVs: Hp: 4, Atk: 252+, Sp Atk: 0-, Spd: 252
Moves:
Flare Blitz
Head Smash
Wild Charge
Extreme Speed
Arcanine isn't true blue OU, but it was strong enough for me to give it a shot. Flare Blitz and Head Smash are strong STAB Moves that don't deal recoil because of Arcanine's ability Rock Head. Then I have Wild Charge to help with Water types and Extreme Speed if something on the other side is REALLY fast.

Iron Treads
Ability: Quark Drive
Item: Booster Energy
Tera: Flying
EVs: Hp: 4, Atk: 252+, Sp Atk: 0-, Spd: 252
Moves:
Rapid Spin
Earthquake
Knock Off
Stealth Rock
Iron Treads is a very well rounded pokemon with great offensive and defensive capabilities. Rapid Spin helps get rid of hazards, and Knock Off stops Ghost types from coming in and blocking that. I also have Stealth Rocks so I have hazards myself, plus High Horsepower instead of Earthquake if Rilaboom shows up.

Pecharunt
Ability: Poison Puppeteer
Item: Rocky Helmet
Tera: Dark
EVs: Hp: 252, Atk: 0-, Def: 4, Sp Atk: 252+
Moves:
Malignant Chain
Hex
Recover
Parting Shot
Edit: Forgot to give Pecharunt a description so here it is: Pecharunt is a very physically bulky ghost type, giving me a fighting immunity and a punish to moves like Flip Turn and U-turn with a Rocky Helmet. Malignant Chain is consistent, strong and has a great secondary effect to badly poison the enemy, which combos with Hex as the other STAB. Parting Shot is to pivot, and Recover is to keep Pecharunt alive.

Hatterene
Ability: Magic Bounce
Item: Leftovers
Tera: Steel
EVs: Hp: 204, Atk: 0-, Sp Atk: 252+, Spd: 52
Moves:
Draining Kiss
Psyshock
Stored Power
Calm Mind
Hatterene is mostly here to make most Stall teams just have an awful time because they can't use Toxic on it because of it's Magic Bounce Ability. Draining Kiss is good for extra recovery and hits Dark types, Psyshcok stops pokemon like Blissey from walling Hatterene, Stored Power will destroy teams when I get set up, and Calm Mind is said set up. I do want to mention that Hatterene has some Spd EVs to outspeed Haze Toxapex.

Ogerpon-Wellspring
Ability: Water Absorb
Item: Wellspring Mask
Tera: Water
EVs: Hp: 4, Atk: 252, Sp Atk: 0-, Spd: 252+
Moves:
Ivy Cudgel
Horn Leech
Encore
Swords Dance
Orgerpon has a great typing and strong stats. Ivy Cudgel is a strong and consistent STAB move, while Horn Leech helps Orgerpon stay alive. Swords Dance gives me set up, and Encore punishes alot of set up and defensive moves.

Run max attack Tera normal dragonite instead of max speed Tera steel because you have extreme speed, and you outspeed most of the meta after dragon dance and everything after d dance + scale shot. Also you forgot to specify ogerpon’s nature and only said the - stat.
Just saying your meant to set it out like this:

Pokemon @ Item
Ability
Tera Type
EVs
IVs (if needed)
Nature
-Move
-Move
-Move
-Move
Also you haven't added a description for pecharunt
