Wanting to get rid of sneasler, rampardos of Venusaur, the rest I use pretty well

Here Comes the Sun (Charizard-Mega-Y) @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Solar Power
Level: 50
EVs: 19 HP / 8 Def / 16 SpA / 3 SpD / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Heat Wave
- Protect
- Hurricane

Main sun setter, sweeps heavy with heat wave early game and is my mega. Chose him because he's the best sun setter and char y is good rn.

Sir Froge (Venusaur) @ Leftovers
Ability: Chlorophyll
Level: 50
EVs: 13 HP / 5 Def / 32 SpA / 9 SpD / 7 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Solar Beam
- Sludge Bomb
- Weather Ball
- Synthesis

Fast sweeper, good coverage, can stay alive decently long and outspeeds most others in the sun which is nice.

OU boy (Sneasler) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Unburden
Level: 50
EVs: 3 HP / 32 Atk / 5 Def / 8 SpD / 18 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dire Claw
- Acrobatics
- Close Combat
- Fake Out

Wanted a good option outside of the sun if charizard fainted so sneasler fits good into the meta and can help support against some of the faster mons. I can def replace her tho

Dust Bunny (Whimsicott) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
EVs: 13 HP / 28 Def / 25 SpD
Bold Nature
- Taunt
- Sunny Day
- Dazzling Gleam
- Tailwind

Support whimsi, basically just disrupts and tanks when I need it to. Tailwind whenever it gets on the field and then leave

Ecoloptile (Heliolisk) @ Magnet
Ability: Solar Power
Level: 50
EVs: 21 HP / 13 Def / 16 SpA / 2 SpD / 14 Spe
Timid Nature
- Discharge
- Dragon Pulse
- Morning Sun
- Weather Ball

I love this helioptile he's way too strong and does numbers on neutral and even not very effective damage.

Danger Dino (Aerodactyl) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unnerve
Level: 50
EVs: 12 HP / 15 Atk / 7 Def / 32 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rock Slide
- Dual Wingbeat
- Dragon Claw
- Tailwind

Fast to support against the garchomps and such that outspeed the rest of my team. Built to deal decent damage but stay up for a little bit

My strategy is basically is to lead with charizard and helioptile, mega, click heat wave and weather ball into whoever wont survive heat wave, and adapt from there. I usually bring venu and whimsicott, sometimes aerodactyl. Very very rarely sneasler.

When I initially looked over your team, I noticed quite a bit. First, those are some insane looking EVs, and if you would like to share where you got them from and explain what thresholds they help reach, I would appreciate it. Next up, I noticed that you might not know about STAB, or same type attack bonus. Dragon type moves are only super effective against one type, so you are loosing a lot if you bring it on anything but a dragon type (which I added at the end, in case you might like it :D ). This also means that Heliolisk, a relatively frail pokemon, also doesn't do as much damage as another weather ball user potentially on your team might. Given that whimsicott can already counter garchomps well if you use moonblast on it, aerodactyl went and garchomp itself actually works well in that slot. Let's get into the details in a nice speed round:

Here Comes the Sun (Charizard-Mega-Y) @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
Level: 50
EVs: 19 HP / 8 Def / 16 SpA / 3 SpD / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Heat Wave
- Weather Ball
- Solar Beam
- Protect

Dragon pulse is not STAB: Weather Ball hits single targets stronger than a spread move, which is almost always 25% weaker than advertised
Hurricane is bad in sun: Solar Beam is a much stronger coverage option

Sir Froge (Venusaur) @ Leftovers
Ability: Chlorophyll
Level: 50
EVs: 13 HP / 5 Def / 32 SpA / 9 SpD / 7 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Earth Power
- Protect

Solar Beam may fail outside sun: Giga Drain increases survivability
Weather Ball is redundant when you lead this with charizard: Earth Power is very, and I mean very, good coverage

[Your Nickname] (Incineroar) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
- Flare Blitz
- Fake Out
- Protect
- Parting Shot

You didn't want sneasler, so here is another pokemon with support you may like better. EV it how you like, I didn't include any dark attacking moves because of another addition...

Dust Bunny (Whimsicott) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Chlorophyll
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Sunny Day
- Moonblast
- Tailwind

You already have leftovers: Focus sash guarantees at least one turn of use
Dazzling Gleam is a spread move: Moonblast is stronger

[Your Nickname] (Kingambit) @ Chople Berry
Ability: Defiant
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 30 Atk / 3 Def / 1 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Kowtow Cleave
- Sucker Punch
- Low Kick
- Protect

Kingambit can use priority sucker punch. Also has low kick to counter tyranitar and other kingambit specifically.

[Your Nickname] (Garchomp) @ Haban Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 Atk / 32 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Protect

Given how many dragon moves you used, it was only fair to give you a dragon type that can use them with STAB. Just be careful with earthquake. Rock slide counters other charizards.

Looks good, but I think Venusaur can run Solar Beam and should run Sleep Powder for disruption/support. If you have the correct positioning and good pivots and whatnot, you should always have sun up so I think it is worth it to run Solar Beam for burst damage. Also Venusaur should run max speed and often likes sash. Instead of running Whimsicott, I'd recommend running a secondary Mega Aerodactyl because it gives you more options and it pairs extremely well with your Garchomp. Also if there's a specific calc for this Kingambit spread please include it. For Garchomp, move the 2 HP points and 1 Attack Point into defense so that you always survive a Dragon Claw from opposing Garchomp unless they're holding Dragon Fang. This survives 32+ attack Garchomp Dragon Claw.
