Floette-Mega @ Floettite
Level: 50
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 32 HP / 32 SpA / 2 Spe
Modest Nature
- Protect
- Dazzling Gleam
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
I started the team with this thing and besides Sinistcha this is the only things thats remained through all the interactions of this team. Calm mind let’s this thing deal absurd amounts of damge and thanks to its special bulk it can easily set up in the face of special attackers. The other 2 moves are stab and spread dammage.
Sinistcha @ Leftovers
Level: 50
Ability: Hospitality
EVs: 32 HP / 14 Def / 20 SpD /
Bold Nature
- Matcha Gotcha
- Rage Powder
- Trick Room
- Strength Sap
This is great with Floette. Hospitality heals any damge I take while setting up rage powder lets me redirect things like Sneasler’s dire claw or archaludon’s flash cannon. Trick room is useful into faster teams and Match gatcha is stab with great side effects. I choose Strength Sap over Life dew because I’ve ended up in several endgames where Sinistcha is able to win against things it otherwise wouldn’t be able to thanks to Strenth sap.
Simipoar @ Focus Sash
Level: 50
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 2 Atk / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Fake Out
- Scald
- Taunt
- Icy Wind
Played against this thing once and lost the game because I didn’t know it got fake out. After that I decided to add it because I wanted speed control and fake out is super useful, especially when your opponent isn’t expecting it. Scald is stab that can be boosted by torrent to do solid chip damge and I was using protect but I found that taunt is more useful than protect a lot of the time.
Kingambit @ Chople Berry
Level: 50
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 32 HP / 32 ATK / 2 spd
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Kowtow Cleave
- Protect
- Low Kick / Iron head
Added this thing because I was scared of Basc and wanted to scare off Incin. I’m currently undecided between iron head and low kick. Low kick kills Incin and other Gambit while iron head kills whimsicott aerodactyl and pressures Floette.
Garchomp @ Sitrus Berry
Level: 50
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 8 HP / 26 Atk / 32 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Dragon Claw
- Protect
Added Garchomp as a way to deal with Sneasler and char in addition to that ground plus fairy offers neutral coverage on almost everything which is great. The Sp spread is one I invented myself and you can read more about it here in my MSQ answer. https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/2075/what-is-a-good-moveset-for-garchomp?show=439957#a439957
Delphox-Mega @ Delphoxite
Level: 50
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 2 Hp / 32 Spa / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Protect
- Heat Wave
- Psychic
- Substitute
Delphox helps a lot in matchups floete would otherwise struggle with such as mega Scizzor Charizard and aggron. Psychic kills Sneasler and provides a useful stab while heat wave is a hard hitting spread stab. This thing has great synergy with Garchomp as it threatens ice types and cam deal with fairy types while allowing Garchomp so fire off EQs without hitting its teammates. Substitute is used so I can beat Kingambit and allows for some crazy predictions.
