Im using glimmora, even tho its a mid mega, because of its typing. I feel that rock/poison is great into the meta offensively, dealing x4 damage to charizard and hitting fairies for x2 daamage.

SD KG is really good rn, if you manage to get a sd up then sucker punch will one tap a lot of stuff. I have kowtow over iron head because metagross is my second mega and i have glimora to also hit fairies. (I can also hit farigaraf for x2 dmg now)

Garchomp is goated in this format, most ppl are using life orb but i prefer sitrus berry, this gives garchomp incredible bulk while also having good damage

Bulky coaching sneasler designed to outspeed metagross, i have shadow claw because i never find myself using dire claw and i dont like that i can hardly damage opposing metagross, gholdengo, and ageaslash.
Usually whim leads with glimora or garchomp, somethimes garchomp leads with sneasler or kingambit, metagroos almost always leads with sneasler.
