Barbaracle w/ Barbicite
Ability: Tough Claws
Adamant, 32 Attack, 32 Speed, 2 Sp. Def
Shell Smash
Protect
Rock Slide
Close Combat

Pretty basic Barbaracle (I think), Close Combat for huge Tough Claws boosted STAB damage, Rockslide as secondary STAB and spread damage, Shell Smash to set up. Not entirely confident in Shell Smash but I don’t really know what I’d replace it with.

Raichu w/ Raichuite Y
Ability: No Guard
Modest, 32 Sp. Attack, 32 Speed, 2 Defense
Zap Cannon
Focus Blast
Grass Knot
Protect

Zap Cannon for huge STAB damage and paralysis, Focus Blast for Kingambit and Archaludon, Grass Knot for Mega Swampert and other ground types. Put on the team as a secondary mega to help out against rain teams mostly.

Tsareena w/ Choice Scarf
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Jolly, 32 Attack, 32 Speed, 2 HP
Knock Off
Triple Axel
Trop Kick
Low Kick

Very fast with Jolly + Choice Scarf, able to outspeed and OHKO non-mega Aeradactyl with Triple Axel, blocks priority with Queenly Majesty, Knock Off to remove my opponents items and to threaten Pokemon like Gengar and Ferigaraf, Trop Kick for STAB, and Low Kick for King Gambit. Put on the team to block Fake Out and to counter Aeradactyl.

Empoleon w/ Life Orb
Ability: Competitive
Modest, 32 Sp. Attack, 32 Speed, 2 Defense
Protect
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump
Flash Cannon

Added this mostly because I wanted a water type and a Pokémon that could deal with Mega Floette. With Life Orb modest nature and max special attack, it deals 85.2 - 101.3% to a mega Floette with no HP or Sp. Def investment, and this is with no boosts from competitive. Hydro Pump for powerful water STAB, and ice beam to deal with Garchomp and the occasional Dragonite.

Gliscor w/ Yache Berry
Ability: Hyper Cutter
Careful, 32 Attack, 32 Sp. Def, 2 HP
Tailwind
Dual Wingbeat
High Horsepower
Protect

My team’s tailwind setter. With Careful nature and high special defense investment and Yache Berry it takes 92.1 - 110.5% from Mega Froslass blizzard, so it CAN live… sometimes. Dual Wingbeat as powerful STAB that can hit Sneasler and most grass types, High Horsepower as secondary STAB to hit most steel and fire types. Hyper Cutter to make it immune to intimidate on Incineroar and Staraptor.

Weavile w/ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
Adamant, 32 Attack, 32 speed, 2 HP
Knock Off
Low Kick
Triple Axel
Fake Out

Focus Sash to prevent it from dying in one hit, Knock Off for powerful STAB and item removal, Triple Axel as powerful STAB, Low Kick for Kingamit, and Fake Out is always good to have. Mostly put on the team because I was scared of Garchomp.

I think you should replace Weavile and Gliscor with Incineroar and Aerodactyl, as those 2 are just better overall.
Edit: After testing some more. I do think Weavile works here because of it's speed, but you need to give it a Jolly Nature so you don't get outsped by Sneasler, but switching Gliscor for Aerodactyl is still the better choice. Also you should have some redirection to make sure Barbaracle can safely set up Shell Smash, for this I would recommend Sinistcha over Tsareena.
I think tsareena is ok on this team as Raichu is very vulnerable to priority. Seen as Tsareena already has dark and ice type moves dropping Weavile for something like Clefable is probably better for redirection. If you want a steel type Ghouldengo is better than Empoleon if you want a water type use Milotic.
If the OP does this instead, then dropping Empoleon for Gholdengo is gonna be required otherwise the team just gets wreaked by Sneasler.

Overall your team looks pretty good except for the fact that Staraptor currently causes you a lot of problems and a lot of you Pokemon are out classed by other Pokemon. Anyway to the answer.

Barbaracle
Nothing to say set looks good.

Raichu
Nothing to say

Tsareena
Both of your megas already have fighting type moves so you really don’t need low kick on this thing. Instead use U-turn so that you can pivot and reposition easier.

Empoleon
Most Steel types aren’t doing too well right now because Floette has dropped in usage a ton and because Staraptor is really good into almost all of the steel types. Instead I’d suggest you use one of the few viable steel types called namely Ghouldengo. Ghouldengo walls staraptor and can set up on it using nasty plot. Its also is a steel type meaning it’s good into Floette. For a set I’d suggest you use this

Gliscor
There are 2 other tailwind setter that do what you want with Gliscor but have better stat and abilities. Those 2 options are Aerodactyle or Corviknight. Aerodactyle is a more offensive option that can spam rockslide after its sets up tailwind. Aero also gets unnerve which is a wonderful counter to all the berries people are using in the current meta. Corvinight can be used if you want a more bulky tailwind setter. Corvinight can tank a lot more dammage thanks to roost and better bulk. It also gets mirror armor which functions as a better version of hyper cutter. Its move pool includes tons of useful moves like brave bird, iron head, bulk up, tailwind and roost just to name few of its options.

Weavile
You really don’t need a dedicated Garchomp counter because you already have Tsareena so instead you should use a better support Pokemon. My advise would be to either use Clefable/Sinitcha for redirection or use Incin. Clefable and Sinitcha and Clefable are both redirection users and if you want to use a redirection Pokemon I’d suggest trying both of them and then deciding which one you like better. Incin is also an option as it can intimidate Garchomp to hinder its damaging capabilities. plus it gets fake out and parting shout for support moves.
