You're missing 4 EVs on Cinccino, Torkoal, and Torterra. But as for Poliwrath I've found the sub-punch set to be very good, and can block predicted status moves seeing as which you have no cleric / status absorber.

I don't have many suggestions at all. In fact, the only minor change I might make would be Clear Smog or Yawn over Earthquake on Torkoal - stops it being setup fodder.
