Gray Test is right. I suggest inversing them, meaning putting the respective sprites over their sets.

What a team i love the blisseys moveset but if only mamoswine could learn a set up move aswell then it would be an epic team.

There is not a rule, it just looks visually better if you follow my suggestion.
