If each Wildling had a Pokemon partner, what would it be and why?

That's a good one. I have no idea.

Also, I imagine it'd be kinda hard to draw when most of the Wildlings don't really have appearances. But still an interesting question. Might have to give that some thought.

I was thinking about the Wildlings at... some point in time, I forget, and came up with quite the zany idea.

Basically, the Wildlings are doing their Wildling stuff one day, and the protagonist meets a mysterious kid who claims to be a "guide" for the Wildlings. And yeah, the kid can talk when the Wildlings can't. So much mysterious. Anyway, the protagonist falls for this guide, and in an infinite lack of wisdom, convinces the Wildlings to move. What does moving have to do with anything? Simple, the guide is trying to guide them to a new island. Obviously, not everyone jumps at the chance. The island's their home, and even if they could somehow get to another island, what's the point? What is this "guide" trying to pull? Very good questions, but eventually they cave and move. Depression. Don't ask how they get to the island, I don't know. Pretend they build a really long bridge or something. What's more important is what they find on the new island: other Wildlings. Don't ask why the OMG EVIL BAD GUYS!!1!111!11!one!!11!!! decimated two islands' villages or why the two islands seemingly protected their kids in the same way, I don't know. But yeah, there are more Wildlings. Two groups, in fact. One group lives in a forest near a mountain and have great climbing abilities. Rex finds this fascinating, and quickly strikes up a friendship and rivalry with one of the... uh... Peaklings. There we go. Big brain nameage. The Peaklings have quite a lot of physical strength, as they probably sleep in trees or something weird like that. Imagine having to climb a tall tree to get to your bed every day without a ladder or vine or anything. You'd probably get stronger too. And hit your head a lot. Know what this means? Rex finally found someone to play with who isn't fragile in comparison. How cute. Rex decides that he wants to live with the Peaklings, so he does. However, this starts to worry the Wildlings. Sure, Rex isn't exactly the glue that holds the group together, but what if the other Wildlings start to leave too? What if their group falls apart? What if they lose everyone real skilled and end up with a bunch of lameheads (like Vera)? So yeah, there's some paranoia. Oh yeah, Leo is sad. Sad Leo. He apparently stopped looking up to Hunter and started looking up to the guy who saved him from freezing to death or something. But that's a different unofficial story. And this is the perfect time to segway into the second group of new Wildlings: the Roguelings, referred to as such because it sounded cool to me. These Wildlings are fiercely protective of their territory, but they're also surprisingly kind toward those who are in trouble. The sick and the weak are often folded into their ranks, and it's no surprise they're so loyal to each other. The leader himself rescued a girl once, and now she's his most trusted friend. And they fight well together. Yes, the leader. The original Wildlings and the Peaklings don't really have a leader. They have more respected members, but no real leader. I'm guessing they don't fall apart because they realize they need each other or something. But the Roguelings do have a leader. And for some reason I imagined Claws as a Wildling so yeah. He cute. He wears colorful feathers on his head (when I imagined him as a Wildling at least). Since the Roguelings are apparently doing well, clearly having a leader works. Anyway, one day Leo and some others are doing stuff and discover two Roguelings, named off the top of my head as Maria and Jay, and a little girl. Dunno where she came from or why she's not dead, but Wildlings is nothing but cute kids and plot holes so this should be no surprise to you. Maria and Jay found the girl wandering around, terrified and alone, and are gonna take her back to their group. They're a bit aggressive toward the Wildlings when they run into each other, but they don't wanna start brawling in front of the little kids. As you can expect, Leo is interested. He's officially not the youngest wild kid around, and he decides he wants to be friends with his fellow youngling. So they become frenneths. How? Uh... I dunno, maybe they're extremely sneaky kids. Anyway, Leo decides that he wants to live with the Roguelings because he finally has a younger friend, and he's bitter because Rex left the Wildlings so yeah.

And that's about all I had. Obviously I don't really plan to use it because it has more holes than swiss cheese and is kinda lame, but I do sorta like it.

Can I get a shout for suggesting this six years ago? This idea is as relevant as ever, btw. https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/meta/24397/what-is-your-most-wanted-feature-for-pokebase-the-community?show=25663#a25663
Adding a coloured 'unresolved' notice to each of the threads would assist greatly with their visibility. And I would even suggest putting them on the main unanswered list for the same reason. Those grey buttons don't exactly stand out.

Conrad's name was chosen because it reminded me of comrade. One of the definitions of comrade is "a friend; close companion", and part of another is "a person who shares interests and activities in common with others; partner; associate". Furthermore, camaraderie means "loyalty and warm, friendly feeling among comrades; comradeship". And if you want to stretch a bit, comrade in arms refers to "a fellow soldier". While the Wildlings aren't soldiers, I can imagine Conrad giving off that kinda vibe.

Very fitting. Conrad truly is a comrade. Ask Zephyr.

Why did I randomly tell you this? I was bored.

I was thinking about the Wildlings' appearances, and I decided that I need more information. You know, with eye and hair colors and stuff. While I do know about eye and hair colors, because who doesn't, I'm wondering if I'm missing anything rare or such that could be interesting. What exactly am I asking for, you wonder? I'm not exactly sure, honestly. I guess I want a list and possibly some info about eye and hair colors, to see if I'm missing anything or not.

Which brings up an interesting question. Do blind people really have kinda different-colored eyes than people who can see? Because that's fascinating.

(creys because can't Google)
