Selection Orchestra Gala SS NOW. Sirfetch'd and Machamp are banned in SS NU, meaning that Galade has a melee-like ability that can hit Vileplume due to some mental input into SS NU.

Melee is very strong so it is a Gilead fight. Psycho Cut is used in conjunction with psychic STAB so as not to touch Philblom and effect levels are affected. Knock Off is useful against defensive Pokemon like Decidueye, Dhelmise and Golurk and focused types like Xatu and Starmie and Mudsdale by immobilizing them. The mode allows you to hide the defending Pokemon, which will command the chosen one to be blocked in one move. Jolly Nature gives you more speed and your team can use +fast core Pokemon from the 70s like Decidueye, Tsareena and Tyrantrum for more power.
