Yup. So depressing.

I beat Silver last night and realized something. Gen 2 ruined Lavender Town.

Lavender Town used to be an eerie place. Its music helped that fact. The droning on of the melody was unnerving. But in Gen 2? The music was made more 'cheery' and not creepy at all. That ruins the whole atmosphere. Not to mention the Pokemon Tower. It used to be very eerie as well, ask Pikachu about it. Anyway, it was replaced with a Radio Tower. A Radio Tower. Now it's been reduced to a piddy little house with a few graves inside. What happened to all those other graves/corpses? Did they just toss 'em out? How the frick is that respectful to the dead Pokemon spirits? I bet someone in Lavender Town was upset about that. Sure there's the little house thing but really?

I don't get it. The one creepy place was just ruined.
