When they got there everyone was leaveing "whats going on"Lizzie asked "there shutting it down"Said a girl crying [Well, that was certainly random!] "well know what we do"May asked a little upset "the only there is to do Practise training"Lizzie said pulling out three pokeballs "I haven't batteld for years i think i forgot"May said. [Yeah... okay. So May has just been sitting in her room emoing for years on end?]

Actually, it's the music that plays in Dragon Ball Z's credits (the Buu Saga, specifically). That seems to be the English translation because they plastered it on the screen. It's actually REALLY good, particularly near the beginning and end.
