I made an  original story once called Evil Ink,  it was a plan of the world “jnc”  and all the main characters have special tattoos  symbolize something usually a power,  they also are all part of an “ evil organization.”  Not all of them were truly evil but they were general basis was that their parents were Villians like Ursula but  small talk here and there  And  villains can just be criminals made up. He sounds thank he would roll in there.
