Also, the sapphire was on a rom too. However, I couldn't insert any cheats. Pory's first shiny was an uncatchable shiny croconaw in the battle Frontier.

However once, I found a shiny oddish on a FR rom without cheating. I had evolved it into Vileplume. However, the rom restarted and I lost it. I'm not kidding this time. That little guy still holds a place in my heart... :(

I. WAS. JUST. KIDDING!!! I actually caught the toarkoal cause I thought it was special. I still have her on Sapphire.

Does anyone want to here about my first shiny encounter? If not, too bad. Once in Sapphire, I was training in the cave with the toarkoals and koffings. I think I was training Masquerain and I fought a toarkoal. I decided to fight one more after that and... ☆☆ SPARKLE SPARKLE!!☆☆ It was a different colored toarkoal. This is what I thought. "OH NO!! IT'S A GLITCH!! I'M GETTING OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW!!!" Yep! Stupid old kid me ran from a shiny, and I've never seen it since then... :(
