When I notice that, should I flag the new answer and write in a comment "flagging for mod to BA"?

Hey Fizz, i got a question regarding old posts with new answers.

For example, this one: https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/104771/is-there-a-pure-flying-type

X's answer is better and more updated and in detail than the old one from a few years ago.

I know mods are allowed to BA old answers to questions with no BA, but what about old questions that already have a BA? What would happen in this scenario?

Do you record ALL of the movesets in a moveset thread? Or do you record movesets that don't meet the requirements? Anyway I could help?
