Unfortunately, the bottom line is that team-building threads are opinionated, and create many varying responses; none of which are distinctly 'correct' as this platform encourages. We keep a few threads as a catch-all, but otherwise don't allow them.
Though, the last one you mentioned could work if you based it off something quantifiable, like base stats. In the end you'd have to be asking 'What are the top 6 Pokemon Ash has owned by base stats?', which I'm not sure is what you're looking for.
Basically, this was a really long way to say the questions don't fit the platform. Precisely why I want a forum section -- this would work well there.
