Oh, now I remember what happened! Gau got confused (I didn't give him anything to block it because Thamastriad is such a good combo), and he used a rage. This time, the second attacky thingy for the rage he used was Transfusion. Transfusion removes the user from battle, meaning they can't attack or anything and you can't revive them, and heals the target. So it healed the Gold Dragon and he was removed from the battle, and the whole thing immediately fell apart. Celes, Mog, and Terra were defeated, the power of Gau was gone, annnnnnnnnnnd...

Boy and I thought Sword of Mana was difficult. Fun fact: I always liked Sword of Mana but that was before I realized that it was made by Square Enix. So now I like it even more. :D
