hey I have a quick request, a friend of mine was trying to register, but their email comfirmation wasn't sending and they're going to try to create a new account instead and have the first one banned, if that's ok.

I just remember the same thing happened to me when I joined and there was no issue afterwards so I hope it's alright with you, thanks in advance.

Sorry to get in your conversation I wasn't in but I agree, PM Should update the rules. Once I broke one of the rules not realizing that was against them because the rule page didn't say it. Only your updated one said which was in question form and I only worry about Pokebase and Battle Subway. So... Just saying I agree with you for having PM updating the rules.
