Now it seems like there are a lot of users who come here, ask a few questions, and leave. There doesn't seem to be as many people who stay here and give back. I looked at the Autumn 2013 name change thread and saw that almost everyone there had more than 500 points. Is it true that fewer people are taking this site seriously than there were 3 years ago?

It's been nearly a month since the release of Sun and Moon and I only just finished the main adventure, haha. I really enjoyed the games, I'd honestly say they're the most objectively good entries in the series to date. More care seems to have been given to their story, difficulty, presentation and uniqueness than has ever been given in Pokemon before (perhaps save for Black and White) and the games definitely benefit from it. Hope the franchise continues in this direction.
