What I know is that the " it's so heavy that it has its own gravitational influence" part makes no sense.

I already said that the part about Cosmoem floating is wrong. Celestial objects float not because they're massive, but because they're moving fast enough to orbit each other. Cosmoem basically stays in the same spot relative to the Earth's surface, and the Earth doesn't rotate fast enough to let it float.
