Where to get them:
Gyarados is obtainable as a Magikarp on Marvelous Bridge for 500 Pokemon dollars. Soft Reset For a Jolly or Adamant Nature. It will be the Physical attacker of the 3.
Jellicent is Obtainable Here. It Will be the Special attacker of the 3.
Finally, if you chose the Cover fossil, Carracosta is our last of the 3, will be the Mixed attacker.

Moveset:
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Earthquake
Ice Fang
Pretty basic moveset. Dragon dance spells out the other trainers death. Waterfall is S.T.A.B (Same type attack boost) and pretty powerful. Earthquake helps you get rid of the deadly rock types that might threaten you. and Ice Fang is for Coverage
Jellicent @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Trait:
EV's: 228 HP, 24 Special attack, and 252 defense
Moveset:
Scald
Toxic/Ice beam
Hex/Shadow ball
Recover
Ok, we have a status inflicter. Scald is just a boss move, plus, it gives you the opportunity to Burn the foe. Toxic serves its purpose to slowly, but surely, kill the foe. Hex is kind of the main idea of this set. If the foe got burned by scald, use Hex. If you got them with the toxic, use Hex. Recover is just there to ... well, recover your health.
*NOTE: if you think Scald's chance to burn and toxic are too gimmicky, you can always go with the alternate choices. Ice Beam is Coverage while Shadow ball is S.T.A.B.
Carracosta @ Expert Belt

Trait:Solid Rock/Study
EV's: 252 attack, 252 speed, 4 HP
Moveset:
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Surf
Aqua Jet/Shell smash*
So this guys is pretty awesome Pokemon that Game Freak introduced this Generation. Rock Slide is S.T.A.B. and a good move with decent power in general. Earthquake... easily one of the best moves in Pokemon history. Plus, it takes away those pesky Electric types that might come at you. Surf is S.T.A.B. Aqua jet is to finish of Pokemons that are on low health and you can't outspeed them.
*Note: Sturdy is only if you decide to run Shell Smash. Shell smash ups your Attack, Special Attack, and Speed by 2 stages. The down side is, it lowers your Defense and Special Defense by 1 stage. It is an ok move, but it makes you rely on potions and whatnot.
