Can I migrate a pokemon then delete the GBA account?

If I migrate a pokemon then delete the gba account and start another will I be able to find the pokemon I migrated

Once you have migrated the pokemon from the GBA game, then they are on your DS card and no longer on your GBA cartridge.

So you can restart your GBA game no problem, the pokemon will still be on the DS game. But you will need to catch them in the pal park in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum before you can migrate any more pokemon over.

I don't completly get the question. If you mean the same pokemon in every way then the odds are the same as having the same one as a friend. You would find another starter another legendary and any other pokemon, it just might not be the same in every way(example the nature and ability might be different, but you will be able to find the pokemon).
