Does a hatched Pokemon start with more Friendship?

Somewhere I heard that a hatched Pokemon will start with 200 Friendship. Is this true? If only in certain Generations, please specify. :)

Yes, but it is set at 120.
>When a Pokémon is hatched from an Egg, its value is set to 120.

Gen II only.
