in Black and White we've seen Alder use fly in several places, but when you battle him none of his Pokemon knows the Move fly.any explaination ?
Alder will carry around other Pokemon that he doesn't use when he is battling. Just like you may have a team for battling but to get around the Unova Region you will have a Pokemon in your PC that can use fly.
