i have this eevee which I got from Bebe, but where can I get Ditto and Pichu without national pokedex?

Both can be found in Trophy Garden. Ditto only appears after you get the National Pokedex, and when Backlot tells you there's a Ditto in Platinum. Also, Ditto can be found on Route 218 with PokeRadar in Diamond / Pearl.
