Unburden, Recycle, and Speed stage?

Say a Pokemon with unburden used acrobatics
its speed will rise
If it uses recycle, will its speed go back to normal?

Recycle only recycles berries and has nothing to do with stat boosts.

Flare Recycle doesnt just recycle berries it recycles consumable items. So you could recycle a focus sash if you wanted
