It really depends what role you need to fill in your team, in addition to which tier you're playing in. I'll add my preferred movesets as well.

Bronzong (UU)
Ability: Levitate
Role: tank
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Def, 252 SP. Def, 4 HP
Stealth Rock
Gyro Ball
Toxic
Explosion

OR

Item: Light Clay
Light Screen
Reflect
Stealth Rock
Gyro Ball/ Explosion

Bronzong has base def & sp. def of 116 each, accompanied with steel/ psychic typing and levitate, it will only be weak to fire attacks + immune to Toxic, and it has access to Stealth Rock. Drawback - it doesn't have a reliable method of recovery that you'd like in a tank. If you think that Bronzong is going to faint soon, you can always use Explosion to deal a punch as it faints.

Espeon (OU)
Ability: Magic Bounce
Role: support/ sp. sweeper
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Def/ HP, 252 Speed, 4 Def/ HP
Reflect
Light Screen
Baton Pass/ Protect/ Psychic
Wish/ Morning Sun

OR

EVs: 252 Speed, 252 HP, 4 Sp. A
Calm Mind
Stored Power/ Psychic
Hidden Power Fighting
Wish/ Morning Sun

In both of these sets, Espeon does not need to worry about taunt because of Magic Bounce, so no damaging move is needed.

You can either use Espeon as support, switching it in when you think your opponent is going to set up entry hazards and bounce them back, or use a Calm Mind set to sweep. It doesn't have a lot of physical bulk, and Scizor/ Tyranitar easily counter it, but with a base 110 speed, it outspeeds both of them, so with hidden power fighting, Tyranitar will be 1HKO'd, and Scizor doesn't have a very good Sp. Def, so if you have a few calm minds, it should be 1HKO'd as well.

Espeon has 2 recovery moves, Wish & Morning Sun. If you have a sun team planned, go with Morning Sun. If you have any other team planned, go with Wish. While Wish takes 1 turn to recover HP, Morning Sun only recovers 1/3 of HP in weather conditions other than Sun, and with weather teams being so common in OU, Wish is more reliable.

Xatu (UU)
Ability: Magic Bounce
Role: support
Item: Leftovers/ Light Clay
EVs: 252 HP, 200 Sp. Def, 56 Speed
Toxic/ Reflect
Psychic/ Night Shade/ Light Screen
Roost
U-Turn

Xatu is a bit frail, but with Magic Bounce it buys it some time to set up the 2 screens while bouncing back status moves/ entry hazards. It has a good method of recovery, meaning you could most likely use it again for the screens, but in OU, Espeon would be superior due to higher Sp. Atk, Sp. Def and Speed stats. U-Turn is there to deal damage while escaping, since there is nothing that is immune to bug moves (unlike with Psychic and Night Shade).

Musharna (NU)
Ability: Synchronise
Role: support/ wall
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Speed
Heal Bell
Moonlight
Psychic
Calm Mind

Musharna has a high HP, Sp. Atk and decent Def and Sp. Def, especially for NU. Due to synchronise, most opponents would think twice about using a status move on Musharna, and even if they do, there's always heal bell. This set would make her 100% useless against Dark Types, so if you want, you can always replace a move with Signal Beam. However, depending on the rest of your team, you can keep this moveset and switch her out for a fighting type instead. Since you wouldn't use her above RU, Zoroark (UU) doesn't pose a threat with its Illusion.

Also, while Musharna's method of recovery changes according to weather, weather isn't common in NU, or at least it's not permanent and at most lasts 8 turns.

I will think about who I will use.
