Like Any others but it learns A LOT of moves
By looking at it's movepool compared to others, it doesn't learn much more than the average Pokemon would, really. So, no, but it really depends on what your definition of 'bunch of moves' is. It has nothing special compared to a Pokemon like Mew, if that gives any further specification.
