EV training and one hell of a long list needed?

Question

ok. so I need a list of Pokemon that are caught in B/W2 and what EVs they give off. if possible in order. like litwick and so and so give off 1/2/3 SP attack EVS.

There are too many Pokemon to list. So please see through the link and verify which Pokemon give off a particular EV which belong to he BW2 pokedex.
