Is it possible to obtain the Liberty Pass by Mixing records with another player who has it?

I understand that outside of stated distribution events and trading this is the only way to get Victini or get to Liberty Island on Black/White.

But simply for hypothetical purposes, is it possible to do so?

(Also as a side thought, is this possible for previous Gen games Pearl/Diamond/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver and gain their exclusive event items as well?

No its not possible, if it was I would have both Arcues and Darkria from when I mixed records with my friend.
