Why is there a theme of most of the shiny dragon Pokemon being Black and Green?

A lot of Dragon Pokemon and Dragon-like Pokemon like Charizard are black when shiny.
Why is this?

And there is more Dragon Pokemon that not is black when they are shiny than the black ones.

Black Shiny Form

• Rayquaza
• Garchomp I guess that is a bit black
• Haxorus
• Charizard (Dragon Egg Group)
  There are no more

The most Dragon Pokemons shiny form is Green like Dragonite and Salamence
