I know that there is a higher chance to catch a shiny, but I am wondering if that applies to the Pokemon from the start that you don't catch. Also, what about the swap Pokemon?
The Pokemon loaned to you are shiny-locked.
You can only see if a Pokemon is shiny at the end of the adventure when you pick which one to keep, so technically everything's locked until the very end :P
