I LOVE MANDIBUZZ SO MUCH

Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Big Pecks
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Atk / 36 Def / 172 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Payback
- Iron Defense

This gal makes for an amazing wall in RU.It can take a Stone Edge and Hi Jump Kick from Hitmonlee pretty well and we all know how common they are in RU. Set up a few Iron Defenses and this guy is nearly impossible to take down with any physical attack.Paired with Big Peck nobody can take you down a notch when you do get those Defenses up. The nature lowers the Speed so you can use Payback more efficiently+ STAB equals a hard hitting move against any Pokemon. Roost is to heal off any damage you taken from setting up and Brave Bird. Brave Bird may cause a lot of recoil but with Roost its really not that big of a problem, and its of course STAB.

WOW! i just tested that out. It walled a Aggron using HEAD SMASH!
Mandibuzz, the Skarmory of RU.
Great set, upvoted.
Knock Off over Payback.
Ill try Knock Off
lol theres a big flaw to ur amazing mandibuzz and that is almost every steel type
and if i trained an aggron with head smash aint no mandibuzz gonna live that even if u used iron defense
Actually:

252Atk Choice Band Heavy Metal Aggron (+Atk) Head Smash vs 252HP/36Def Leftovers +2 Mandibuzz (+Def): 72% - 84% (306 - 360 HP). Guaranteed 2HKO.

Still lives.
That's a nice Mandibuzz indeed xD

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers

Mandibuzz
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Foul Play
- Knock Off
- Toxic/Tailwind
- Defog/Roost

This thing checks things like Aegislash and buff sweepers with complete sweg. Even if those guys aren't present, this set here still gets it done in physical walling. Foul Play is a great move overall, destroying Sword Dancing pokes and the physical attackers it walls, even being able to 2KO an Aegislash even after getting Kings Shielded. Knock Off gets rid of pesky items and has decent power with STAB. Toxic lays down a stall, if that's what you so choose or you could go for the support with Tailwind. Defog is for people that don't appreciate hazards, Roost is also an option if you don't have a Wish passer.

Keep this away from Sub-Mawhile and Azumarills though.

Mandibuzz
Mandibuzz (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Weak Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Lash Out
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- U-turn
Here's a showcase against a 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe / Jolly Nature Cinderace @ Choice Band.

Good set, I’ve never heard of a Psychical Mandibuzz!
You post a replay which makes me feel unbeiliveble...nice set!
Nice set but u shld move some hp EV to speed so it can outspeed. A flaw is that weak armor only works with physical moves.
After Weak Armor is activated, Mandibuzz's Spe is 432 - faster than 252 Spe / Jolly Nature Zeraora.
I think that's enough Spe,  Zeraora is the fastest Pokémon in OU.

Also, if you come across a Physical or Defensive set that isn't weak to Brave Bird, just use U-turn.

This is a set I found while poking around PO:
Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overcoat
EVs: 104 HP / 216 Def / 188 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Dark Pulse
- Tailwind
- Toxic
- Roost
Ev's give it more bulk and make both Defenses hit 300. Dark Pulse gives STAB, and has the usefulness to be used if you have been Taunted. Tailwind raises team speed, so this guy is a Staller, Wall, and Support all rolled into one! Toxic is standard for every Staller, and Wall to boot. Roost is recovery in Flying form.

Phazer

Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 S.Defense, 6 Hp
Whirlwind
Roost
Substitute or Toxic
Punishment

This is an anti-stat booster set, as everyone knows stat boosters can be exceedingly frustrating but Mandibuzz can take care of that. Whirlwind blows the Pokemon and it's boosts away. Roost is for healing. Substitute prevents the foe from hurting you which is very useful, but if you do not have Toxic-spikes support on your team Toxic can be useful. Punishment is there not only there for STAB and so Taunt does not ruin you, but because it hits hard on Stat boosters with an extra +20 base-power per boost starting at 60 Base-power.

Use with Entry hazard support for Maximum effectiveness.

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers/Red Card
Trait: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Payback
- U-turn
- Roost

This guy has incredible bulk, slow speed to Payback does double power.

Vulture of Distance
I love Mandibuzz, it's a tank but it can pack a punch with special moves too!

Ability: Big Pecks {Prevents her defences from being dropped, which is important for a wall}.
Evs: Special Defence and Defence {Possibly Special Attack too}.
Nature: Calm or Bold {Both are good, it's your choice which defence you boost, I prefer to boost special defences personally}.
Item: Leftovers {Recover HP each turn}.
Moveset:
~ Nasty Plot {Raises Special Attack by 2 stages}.
~ Dark Pulse {Powerful Dark type move, STAB, deadly paired with Nasty Plot}.
~ Air Slash {Powerful Flying type move, STAB, lethal paired with Nasty Plot}.
~ Iron Defence/Steel Wing {Iron Defence is nice to boost you defences to wall, Steel Wing is good for covering Mandibuzz's weaknesses}.

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 Hp, 252 Sp.D, 4 Speed
Nature: Careful (Sp.D increase, Sp.A decrease)
Ability: Overcoat

Knockoff: Does extra damage when knocking off an opposing 'mons item.
Roost: Stalls out any weather and conditions like poison or burn.
Foul Play: Good STAB
Defog: Gets rid of any entry hazards. It also gets rid of yours so only use this move if you have mons that are heavily affected by stealth rocks and sticky web or make sure your mon that sets up hazards is alive.

Mandibuzz@Leftovers
Trait:Big Pecks
EVs: 252 Sp.D, 248 Hp, 8 Def
Nature:Calm (+Sp.D -Atk)
-Substitute
-Roost
-Iron Defense
-Foul play

once this guy has set up, he is almost invincible. I have tried this on Pokemon showdown, it worked great. Most people just rage quit. The only issue is Electric types. With mostly special attacks, Iron Defense won't matter. I would suggest him for double battles as you can use Follow Me on it's partner, alouing Mandibuzz to set up, or a strong Ground type to kill of Electric type's.

Hope I helped.

I've decided to change Mandibuzz's move sets so now it fits as a staller.

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Big Pecks
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Foul Play
- Toxic
- Roost
- Whirlwind/Aerial Ace/Taunt/Air Slash

Let me explain how this works. Having high HP and Def, it works as a physical wall. We have a bold nature because you really don't need attack since you have Foul Play, unless you're planning on using Aerial Ace instead of the other three choices. Toxic adds for additional damage, and roost works well if you're running low on health. Out of the four choices for the last slot, Whirlwind is possibly your best choice. Run toxic and then a whirlwind right after, and continuously get every Pokemon until you've poisoned all of them, then proceed to use foul play after foul play until either you win or your Mandibuzz dies.

Mandibuzz is really bad in attack so it just can be a TANK
Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 104 HP / 216 Def / 188 SpD
Careful Nature (+SpD, -SpA)
- Defog
- Foul Play (STABS)
- Toxic
- Roost
Defog to -1 evasion; clears user ad target side's hazards.
Foul Play, target more attack, it lose more HP.
Toxic to badly poison the target.
Roost to heal 50% HP.
I use it in my team and it very useful.
