Where can I buy this?

I was wathing a TV in Pokemon Black 2 and an advert came on talking about a 'Deluxe Potion' that was really expensive. I really wanted it because it sounded awesome but it was too expensive. I saved up lots of money by beating the Elite Four loads of times so I might be able to buy it now but I cantfind where to buy it. Please help me find it! :D

It is not a real potion. They used it in an Advert just for no reason. You cannot actually buy it.
