Yes, but only if the blaziken is a female and mightyena is a male., but that is a really small chance. If you can't get a torchic from the mightyena, you can breed with a ditto. But if you really want to breed with a mightyena badly (which I would over a ditto) then use the ditto technique until you get a femal torchic, and grind it up to a blaziken.
