Will Virizion ever come back to fight me?

Question

In my Pokemon black 2
I got a cobalion (master ball used) then I next encountered Virizion..
Unfortunately, I ran out of master balls (I mean it was my last one that I used on Cobalion)
I tried with ultra balls and many other... But it took time until I gave it up and defeated Virizion.. And it ran down the road and disappeared.. bla bla bla..
Will Virizion ever come back or will it keep on running away from me?

Just beat the elite four and come back to the same spot and if you defeat Virizion again do it again and this goes on forever until you catch it.
