Which moveset is more reliable on lapras?

Question

Mine has:
Rain dance, which gives advantage to thunder and surf
surf, thunder and ice beam. I took Lance out easily.
But I want to improve, now that I'm taking on Red soon. I was gonna add blizzard because of the hail, hidro pump, attract (since his Pokemon are male, it will help a ton) and thunder bolt. But which set would help better? You can tell me a better set too, because i'm not that good at Pokemon...

This is the set I used on my Lapras while battling Red...

Lapras @Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb

• Hydro Pump
• Blizzard
• Thunderbolt
• Attract

This set is amazing. I took out three of Reds Pokemon with this thing, I recommend using this. Hope I helped you :]

I never did manage to beat Red. Hmmm, guess its time to pull out some of those old games.

red is pretty tough so make sure you have the leftovers they are really useful, and i beat rd with one poemon lvl 70 and the  rest 68 or lower. SO you dont have to over train that much.

Might wanna exchange hydro pump for surf. Used 3 times all missed >.<
