Does the League get stronger after you beat them four times, and if so, by how much?

Question

I need a way to train a team fast,(it needs to be ready by mid-summer break) and since they don't have to stadiums in SS, I have to continuously beat the Elite four to train.
My team right now is pretty good, but when I beat them the fourth time, my only Pokemon still "alive" after the battle were my giratina (who never fainted), and my rhyperior, which I revived to get a fast way to sweep Lance's charizard.
I'm trying to get a good team with a lvl limit of lvl55 (since my friend is being n00by, and is using all of his elementals)

Tentacruel(Tentacool)
Lucario
Blissey(Chansey)
Jumpluff(Skiploom)

The league will only grow stronger once. After you defeat them for the first time, their levels increase too around Lv75-80. After that however, they do not grow any stronger. So don't worry about it OK?
